| General Overview | Steven Daniel Bond is a 38-year-old commmand officer, that was relunctant to take up a command. Steven enjoys sailing, writing and listening to music. He is entertaining and creative, but can also be very sneaky and a bit standoffish. He is Earthling who defines himself as straight. He completed the Academy but no where near the top of his class. Steven is allergic to soy. He has a severe phobia of balloons, and is obsessed with Transformer Actions Figures, in his office, he has a lot of them displayed on his wall. |

| Personal History | Early Childhood: Steven grew up on Vulcan. Where he was raised by his father, his mother having left when he was young. He never forgave his mother for walking out on him, when he was a young boy. Steven went to the Vulcan Academy Learning Center on Vulcan. His father was assigned to the orbital platform station. Steven was raised by Vulcan's but does not follow or believe in their strict adherence to logic. Through most of his childhood, Steven, River and his parents all lived on Vulcan. His father re married when he was young, causing to him to have a half sister by the name of River. They get a long most of the time, but there is a five year age gap between them. Beyond that most of Steven's childhood was uneventful in the global scheme of things. But it was okay for him. He felt like his life on Vulcan was dull and very bland. He could not wait to leave Vulcan, and join starfleet. He heard about how wild Starfleet Academy was. And how a lot of Vulcan's had a hard time adjusting to Academy life. For Steven this sounded like the type of place he wanted to go. Steven graduated high school, after spending 12 years at the Vulcan Academy Learning Center. Starfleet Academy: Steven was accepted to Starfleet Academy, and barely scrapped by. He was over whelmed by how different life was on Earth, compared to how it was back on Vulcan. He spent to many nights partying it up, when he should have been spent them studying. Steven struggled for four years, to do his work and keep his attention on his studies. Mostly for that reason, he did not place high, when completing the Academy. Steven's main focus was security. He did not take the courses as seriously, as he should have. At best he was a moderate security officer, with barely passing remarks on his service record. It was indicated in his file, that he lacked focus and attention to detail. Despite the negative marks, he completed the academy and was stationed on Earth Space Dock. Earth Space Dock: At the age of 22, Steven joined Earth Space Dock Security Unit. He was assigned to Port Alpha Delta Shift Security Team. He spent of those three years, doing indentity checks for personal coming and going from the airlock on Port Alpha. At the age of 26, Steven met and fell in love with Ella Peterson. She worked in one of the kitchens near Port Alpha. The two met during a poetry session that Steven attended. Steven felt like his career was not really advancing, and he knew if he wanted to make it in Starfleet he needed to take his career a little more seriously. USS Marklin: In 2245, Steven was assigned ot the USS Marklin was a Marklin Class Destroyer. She was old and outdated, by today's standard. But it was a good chance for him to get into a department head role. Steven found the role to be challenging. Steven being promoted to Security Chief, was a big step for him, at first he felt overwhelm, but after a short adjustment period, he started to shine at his new role. And luckily for him, his girlfriend decided to make the move to the old destroyer. They spent the next 2 years on the USS Marklin. Steven and Ella were married before leaving the ship. USS Yeager: In 2248 Steven was transferred to the USS Yeager. An exploration cruiser assigned to the 2nd Fleet. Due to his hard work and diligence, Steven was promoted to Second Officer and Chief of Secuity aboard the USS Yeager. During this year, his lovely wife gave birth to their only son. USS Montana: In 2251 Steven was offered a promotion to First Officer of the USS Montana a small support vessel of Starbase 24. The ship saw limited duty, but it gave Steven the experience he needed to command his own ship one. His wife and son moved to the station, and for small scursions of time, he would have to deploy without them. In 2256 the war with the Klingon's began. The war that devastated the Federation forces. A lot of officers died under the command of Steven and his Captain on the USS Montana. During war, the loss of life is to be expected. But it took its toll on Steven. Other Information: Steven's best friend is a personal trainer called Chelsey Blake. They have a very firey friendship. He also hangs around with Jenna Davey and Alysha Clarke. They enjoy spreading fake news on Facebook together. |
